The Box Office Manager and their staff are concierges of the Blackfriars Playhouse experience, and often the first point of contact for many patrons. The mission of the Box Office Manager is to create a warm, unforgettable customer experience through staff training and day to day operations. The Box Office Manager and their team keep the Box Office running in an efficient and customer-service-oriented manner, while striving to build and maintain a clean and rich customer database for growth. Duties include:
- sales reporting,
- managing of a part-time staff of 10
- generating monthly reports
- creating and communicating playhouse policies
The ideal candidate will have proven success in a customer service position, preferably with management experience, Excel proficiency, and the ability to multitask and handle high pressure customer service situations.
This is a full time position with benefits. Hours are Monday through Friday each week, though some weekend work may be required.
