Emma Kozlowski

Emma was born and raised in Danville, Virginia.  She received her BA from Fordham University in 2010.  After arguing before a federal appellate court as a third-year law student, she graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013.  She served as a law clerk for the Honorable Samuel G. Wilson, United States District Judge for the Western District of Virginia, from August 2013-2014.  She then spent about a year as an associate attorney at Glenn, Feldmann, Darby & Goodlatte, where her litigation practice centered on Employment Law, Criminal Law, and Commercial Litigation.  In August 2015, Emma began a two-year term as a law clerk for the Honorable G. Steven Agee, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  She lives in Roanoke with her husband, two dogs, and a cat.
