Mary Evelyn Gunn

Mary Evelyn joined the ASC as First Hand Stitcher in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. Her interest in theater began with the time she spent in Plymouth, England working at The Theater Royale (TR2).  There she helped with multiple shows, including the 2008 touring production of Mary Poppins.  She then attended Savannah College of Art and Design graduating with a BFA in Fashion Design with a concentration in Fiber Arts.  Having fallen in love with Savannah, she took a job at a local alteration studio that specializes in bridal and menswear, helping it grow to its peak in 2018, when Stitch was awarded Best of Savannah.  In addition to managing and running Stitch, she worked one on one with clients to create custom garments, namely bridal gowns.
