What we did (material covered, 3-5 sentences)
Today was our last rehearsal. We started with notes from the run on Wednesday and worked a few more kinks out of some of the smaller scenes. After that we had our final dress run, during which we cut a whole extra minute off of our run time. Then we finished up with more notes. I think I am not alone in the cast in saying that I am extremely excited for the shows tomorrow morning.

Production Insights
Ever since I watched Richard III for the first time I have been a huge fan of the play. So when I read that it was on the list for the camp season this summer, I was really hoping I could get to work on it. Here I am three weeks later, and I loved working on this play. I learned a ton about the history of Richard, and I got to watch these 11 students put up some really great Shakespeare. This is one of my favorite shows that I have ever worked on because I learned so much about how I want to work in theatre, how I like to look at a Shakespeare play, and even how to help direct. Richard III will always have a special place in my heart because of this production. As I said above, I am really excited for tomorrow morning and to see these campers kick butt on the Blackfriars stage in front of all their friends and family. So, thank you to the cast of R3 for a great time, and thank you to all of their parents for lending us their time.
