What a wonderful (and busy) first week of camp our intrepid ASCTC Session Two Campers had! From hours of rehearsal, to various workshops, to a day at the lake, campers have had days filled to the brim with new experiences, friends, and excitement,

Starting on Tuesday, we had our first day of rehearsals for Henry VI Part 3 and Richard III. Campers valiantly took on their new roles and jumped right into the action. They also got the chance to have their first read throughs for their scenes that will be performed at the showcase on July 20th!

After all of the wonderful work campers put in at rehearsal this week, we took a break from the stage, loaded everyone up into the bus and took a journey to the beautiful Sherando Lake!

At the lake, campers laid out in the sun, played in the water, and even swam out to the island!

On their lazy Saturday today, many of the campers took the opportunity to go to the Staunton Farmer’s Market and explore town!
