Good evening to all those who read the blog!

It has once again been an eventful few days, but none the less the campers have been finding the positives within all these changes.

This evening the campers got to show off their skills in the What You Will Talent Show. It was a fun evening full of different acts/performances. Multiple campers sang songs and played instruments. There was improv and campers who did dramatic readings of historical events (those connected to the War of the Roses of course). There was one camper who had the opportunity to show off their writing skills with a dramatic reading of their play. Other campers got to read the parts and it was amazing to witness a camper who is so passionate about their work be able to show it off. The night wrapped up with our fearless leader Lia who sang a cover of “You’ll Be Back” from Hamilton. A tradition she does every year in honor of our ASCOTS.

Finally, I wanted to wrap up the blog by sharing some updates about Festival Sunday. Tomorrow the campers will be performing Henry VI, Part 3, Richard III, and the Showcase scenes outside in the courtyard at PEG. There will also be one final Instagram takeover hosted by the two campers playing Richard III, so be on the look out for some behind the scenes snapshots and other fun camp sneak peaks. The performances will be filmed so parents have an opportunity to watch all the hard work their children have done. We appreciate all the hard work the campers and staff have put into making these shows happen, and we appreciate all the support from the parents and community alike.

We look forward to one last wonderful day and we look forward to you all watching the performances! Good night and thank you.
