Michael M. Wagoner, PhD

BIO: Michael M. Wagoner is currently an Assistant Professor of English at the United States Naval Academy, where he focuses on teaching Shakespeare and dramatic literature. His book Interruptions in Early Modern English Drama was published by Arden Shakespeare/Bloomsbury in October 2022, and his work has also been published in Shakespeare Bulletin and New Theatre Quarterly. He earned his his MLitt and MFA in Shakespeare and Performance at Mary Baldwin and was part of the first MFA company called Roving Shakespeare. He brings his experience working at the ASC as a student and in the ticketing office, alongside his scholarship to his position on the board.
