What we did: We had our first full dress run-through! It went really well, and tonight is another dress rehearsal, but this time we will perform for our fellow campers.

- From the director: “Motivate your exit. Celebrate the fact that you are gonna exit and come back on.”
- From the cast: (Oliver to Touchstone) “Touchstone, I challenge you to a douche-off.”
Production Insights: It’s Thursday, and we are down to the wire in terms of time, since we perform Sunday. And while there is always going to be some slight feeling of nervousness when one is so close to the opening of their show, the feeling that I am experiencing more strongly is that of confidence.
I am totally confident in our cast’s ability to perform splendidly, even beyond whatever arbitrary line they have set for themselves in terms of ability or courage. I am so infinitely proud of everybody, and I am going to miss everyone so terribly. ‘As You Like It’ will always hold a very special place in my heart, and I will always hold the happy memories made here very near and dear to my heart.
Brigid Bakin
Brigid Bakin is the Production Intern for ASCTC's Session 1 production of As You Like It. She is a two-time camper in the two years previous, and is now extraordinarily excited to be working as a Production Intern. Brigid attends Ave Maria University, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and Liberal Studies, with a Minor in Shakespeare in Performance.
