Today’s Date: August 6, 2021

What we did:

Our day started with the usual yoga with Adrianne and breakfast. After we had a company meeting where we all checked in with each other and planned the schedule of what to do during the day. We scheduled to have a warm up led by two campers, Andy and Violet, and broke off into groups to work on pre show music. After we all joined together as a company and showed how our songs are sounding. We then gave each other notes and made the order our songs will go in. We then had lunch and after had a fight call. Then the company decided to try out an Italian run of our show, this means we ran our lines and did the blocking of the show but at a fast speed to make sure everyone has the choreography of the show down and to have more fun with the show. After this we had a production meeting with our committees. After that we had dinner and traveled to the Blackfriars Playhouse to see All’s Well that Ends Well for the second time! We then returned to the hotel and got ready for our final dress rehearsal the next day!

Production Insights: 

Since show day is soon our cast is focusing on just cleaning up certain scenes and the music for the show. We are growing more and more as a company (and a family) each day. We are finishing up the show and focusing on how to keep the company in tune with each other since we work the best when we all work together.
