What we did

We started off our morning with the usual meeting for check-ins and scheduling. The Company did a Zumba before walking through 3.3 and having a Prospero huddle to make sure all parties knew how lines had been distributed. The Company came back together to talk through 5.1. After a break we did some show and tell of scenes that not everyone had gotten the chance to see! This included 3.2 and 1.2. After that, we went to lunch. The campers had a relaxed rest of the day which included the chance to observe ASC’s professional company in rehearsal for Passover and a Friday Night Lights On lecture with resident Intimacy Director Natasia Reinhardt. We finished out the day with a music rehearsal. 

Sakura (Miranda), Maddie (Prospero), Molly (Ferdinand), and Lucy (Prospero) show the group 1.2.

Production Insights 

Today we had unanimous consent that we needed to have a chill day. The Company has been working incredibly hard this week and it is so important that they take a break. It is time to recharge before getting right back into it in the Playhouse on Monday. This weekend is full of relaxation time and fun events like the talent show so they will be well rested for the final stretch that is next week. It’s important to strike the balance of hard work and chill time.
