Christina Leinicke

Christina is currently a freelance Costume Designer and Technologist based out of the Chicago area. She has a Masters of Fine Arts in Costume Design & Production from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Christina attended Illinois State University where she earned her B.S. in Theatrical Design and Production with an emphasis in Costume Design and Technology. At the University of Alabama, her design for The Bourgeois Gentleman received the KCACTF Region IV Barbizon Award for Costume Design. Christina has worked at the L.A. Opera as an Assistant Cutter/Draper, a Cutter/Draper at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, and a Cutter/Draper/Stitcher at the Paramount Theater.
