ASC Severe Weather Policy
Performances continue as scheduled unless we experience a loss of power or extremely dangerous conditions at the Blackfriars Playhouse.
If our Artistic and Front of House Teams determine we are unable to safely perform, an email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout with an update and a notice will be posted on the website.
For patrons who cannot travel safely, we waive our standard exchange fee and gladly issue replacement tickets for another performance of the same play, pending availability. Please email tickets@americanshakespearecenter.com and we will be in contact as soon as possible to help you handle your tickets. Please note that due to the volume of tickets it may be 2-5 business days before we are able to reach all patrons.
