BIOGRAPHY:

Cindy is a photographer, filmmaker, content creator, and non-profit advocate. A former kindergarten, first grade, and instructional technology teacher, she owns two small businesses—October Grace Media and Ameigh Fellows Media, a wedding photography and film business based in Harrisonburg. Experienced in wedding, lifestyle, family, newborn, event, and brand photography, Cindy is passionate about social media content creation and management for small businesses and non-profits.

Before joining ASC in the summer of 2023, she worked closely with local non-profits, serving in the roles of board member, photographer, and digital storyteller. Experienced in international travel supporting non-profits with digital storytelling and content creation, she currently supports the mission of Valley Children’s Advocacy Center, located in Staunton and Mercy House, located in Harrisonburg.

When she doesn’t have her camera in her hand, she’s exploring antique and thrift stores, trying new recipes, researching something to craft, planning trips abroad, and cheering loudly as a track mom. Obsessed with anything pink and sparkly, vegetables, baby goats, and a huge cup of hazelnut coffee every morning, she’s a big believer in curiosity, grace, passports, encouragement, and hugs.
