Biography:
Fawzia Istrabadi’s love for performance started at a young age, singing songs from Singin’ in the Rain to her daycare peers. She has always known she wanted to be a theatre maker.
Born to an Iraqi Muslim father and an American Catholic mother, Fawzia grew up in both New York City and Southern Indiana. Her diverse heritage informs the kind of theatre she creates—stories with inclusivity at the heart.
