BIO:Erica Cruz Hernández’s recent regional credits include: The River Bride, Hamlet, and Assistant Directing The Moors with American Players Theatre Company. She’s thrilled to be back at ASC where she was last seen in The Comedy of Errors, and Romeo and Juliet. Additional credits and collaborations include The Winter’s Tale, Measure for Measure (Illinois Shakespeare Festival), Cymbeline u/s (American Players Theatre), The New Harmony Project, St. Louis, and Arkansas Shakespeare Festivals, Aguijón Theater’s bilingual production of Soldaderas (Goodman Theatre and Festival de Mujeres en Escena por la Paz in Bogotá, Colombia). TV/Films include: LAW & ORDER: SVU, EN ALGUN LUGAR, and the upcoming MIDWESTERN. Erica is a recipient of the Kate Neal Kinley Fellowship, and an ensemble member with Chicago’s Aguijón Theater Company, producing Spanish-language works for over 30 years.
