Aaron Hochhalter
Aaron has been the Resident Troupe Manager since the 2008 Summer Season. In previous seasons with the ASC, Aaron has directed The Santaland Diaries and A Christmas Carol; been the Piercing Eloquence Troupe Manager; the Tragical Mirth Troupe Manager; Assistant Director for The Taming of the Shrew, The Merchant of Venice, Henry V, Julius Caesar, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Cyrano de Bergerac; and played the roles of Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Valvert in Cyrano de Bergerac, Launce in The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Antonio in Twelfth Night, Provost in Measure for Measure, Lane in The Importance of Being Earnest, Antonio in The Tempest, Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet, and Silvius in As You Like It. For other theaters, Aaron has played Borachio in Much Ado About Nothing (Philadelphia Shakespeare Festival); Malvolio in Twelfth Night (Upstate Shakespeare Festival, Greenville, SC); Horace and Rector in Time Flies (The Warehouse Theatre, Greenville, SC); Adam and William in As You Like It (The Warehouse Theatre). Aaron received his BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Minnesota.
